Description
French wall clock early 18th century “Comtoise”. Iron posted eight day movement with verge escapement, racking striking on a surmounted bell and an alarm mechanism.
The clock has an ormolu relief decorated dial with cartouche Roman numerals, pierced steel hand surmounted by a pierced brass cresting.
The clock is completely restored with original weights and pendulum.
Width 22 cm, depth 14,5 cm, height 23,5 cm. Total height with cresting 33,5 cm.
